Over the years I hvave carried out a number of projects for Arizona based Press1ToTalk so when the opportunity arose to help them redevelop their old website I was looking forward to repaying their faith in me by building them a website that would show off their products to the best of its ability.

It was decided to use Drupal 7 for this build although there were a few choice modules at this time that were still in a late beta phase as many module developers where still porting from Drupal 6. It was decided that we would use what we could at that time and then gradually add more functionality over the coming months as more modules reached their stable release versions.

Most of the build was a fairly standard brochure site featuring established content items that were deemed as being complete and compliant with the marketing direction of the company. The addition of several call-to-action graphics and image links where used to drive traffic towards their main product pages and help visitors navigate the site more easily.

Drupal Association Individual Member

The Drupal Association is an organization dedicated to helping the open-source Drupal CMS project flourish.

What is Drupal?

Drupal is a free software package that allows an individual, a community of users, or an enterprise to easily publish, manage and organize a wide variety of content on a website.

Drupal is open-source software distributed under the GPL ("GNU General Public License") and is maintained and developed by a community of thousands of users and developers. Although Drupal is often described as a "content management system" (CMS), it is also a "content management framework" (CMF). In other words, unlike a typical CMS, it is geared more towards configuration and customization.
